Definition of Longitude:Longitudes are imaginary vertical lines running from north to south around the globe all longitudes converge at north and south poles.
Prime Meridian is reference line for other longitudes which passes through a place near London called Greenwich so it is also called Greenwich line there are total 360 longitudes 180 in the east of prime meridian and 180 in the west of prime meridian internationally time is calculated with the help of prime meridian.
